Arca Aparthotel & Spa Zermatt

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Zermatt. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station, yet tucked away in a quiet area. I was able to easily explore the city and even catch a breathtaking view of the mountains in the early morning on my last day. The room was incredibly spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious, with both a tub and a huge shower. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, including local mountain cheeses. The hotel also offered great facilities, such as a fabulous pool and a newly renovated spa.

The furnishing of some rooms felt a bit dated and could be freshened-up.

The room was spacious with a lovely patio overlooking the mountains, perfect for enjoying the view. The breakfast spread was excellent and the coffee machine had a great variety of options. The staff, despite being a bit transactional, were helpful and accommodating. The swimming pool and spa facilities were amazing, providing a relaxing experience.

The hotel's location was a bit far from the train station, requiring a 10-15 minute walk or a taxi ride, which might be inconvenient with heavy luggage. The price of the hotel was quite high in comparison to other options in the area.

The room was spacious with a stunning view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided bathrobes and towels for the heated pool. Convenient location near the bus station and a short walk to downtown and the train station. Free shuttle service to and from the train station.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.

The breakfast spread was the best I've ever seen in any hotel anywhere in the world. The facilities, especially the Solebad, were amazing after a long day of skiing. The staff were friendly and cute. The location was perfect, close to the ski bus and train station. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and ski lifts. And let me tell you, the view of the Matterhorn from our room was absolutely stunning! The room itself was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette that came in handy. The breakfast included a wide variety of options, including delicious Asian dishes and a selection of 17 different cheeses. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was impressive, from the basic amenities to the beautiful pool and spa area. I couldn't have asked for a better value for my money!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to both the train station and the center of town. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the rooms were spacious and well-lit. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to providing a vegetarian breakfast pack for me. The hotel facilities, including the hot water swimming pool and spa area, were great. And to top it all off, the breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of food options.
